AC Dickson's Guide to Ebay Powerselling zine 40 pages, 1/2 size, copied (2 oz) * OUT OF STOCK *

Andrew Dickson plays the character, AC Dickson, who is obsessed with Ebay as a way to better humanity. He truly feels that Ebay will make lives better and serve as a tool for our generation to overcome massive layoffs and lack of job security. This zine lays out the nuts and bolts for what and how to sell on Ebay for profit, how to get health insurance, and how to turn it into a part time business with a full time income. This is also fabulous from an anthropological point of view to me, even though I have no interest in selling on Ebay.

Although entertaining, this zine left me unfullfilled. This is more geared towards people who have very little to no experience selling things on ... derek backstabber

The Portland Trilogy DVD DVD, 41 minutes, 3 shorts (5 oz) $13.00

Three short films packaged together for optimal laughs

My Name is Bradlee, This is My Story is a short spoof about a hippie who moves to Portland and discovers cooperative living and shopping and finds a nice little niche for himself. Shot in super-8 so it has nice warm colors to accentuate Bradlee's warm story.

Hunter Dawson - Andrew Dickson is Hunter Dawson: a loser, postcard distributor trying to create a "catch all" video to sell himself onto reality TV shows. The results are great in that he sadly attempts to appear macho and well-loved when in reality he is a lonely barfly with no friends or love life.

Authographhss.com is a spoof documentary about a company's plan to create a business out of having famous peoples' autographs available for download. It is captured through watching their failed attempts at doing much of anything and watching the interactions between characters tell the story. A great criticism of corporate internet culture and wickedly funny to boot without containing a single joke or any tongue in cheek humor. If you saw startup.com, this is the movie you wanted to see.
