Brandon is a comedian hailing from outside Melbourne, Australia. "When I began writing these stories the idea was simply to tell some funny stories about the people I grew up with. As I'm getting older, the stories are getting less funny - both in the zine and in real life - and are turning into something different. Something that I now like to think of as 'poignancy' but will no doubt be referred to in later life as my 'bland period'."

The most gripping were not understanding directions in kindergarten, going to the pop machine at the police station as the only form of entertainment in town, a girl with a gigantic knife wound in her belly, getting caught by your principal outside of school and getting suspended for refusing to put on shoes, failing in an attempt to be a bully, deaths, being secretive at the zine store, and much more.
