A heart wrenching & intense update on Emiko's battle with kidney disease & dialysis. This issue is about her recovery, therapy, and shares a story from when she was 18, taking drugs and heisting cigarettes, a story of being 20 and having a younger boyfriend who lied about his age (I can relate all too well), moving to Poland for a year and travelling around Europe, finding her animal companion, and naming her new kidney.
