The cover art reminds me a lot of SUBMISSION HOLD but the tunes are more straight forward like a cross between CLEVELAND BOUND DEATH SENTENCE and THE AVENGERS. These folks are sporting a much more mature sound than on their 7".

By cleverly revising advertising slogans and disrupting tobacco sponsored events, the group revealed the true cost of tobacco company deception. Having racked up numerous fines and arrests over its 10 year existence, B.U.G.A. U.P. formally wound up in 1994 as federal and state governments finally began to take action to ban tobacco advertising in newspapers and magazines, on billboards, television and radio.

I'm going to restrain myself from using the "czech it out "pun just long enough to tell you all about this issue of carbusters! This issue has profiles of various European cities' bike rental programs--Stats on how many bikes and how many stations, plus the various rental fees are presented concisely with along with a quick review of each program as a whole. There's also a bit about car-free travel destinations that touts Antarctica as the world's most car-free continent! Plus loads of other alternative-transport tidbits. Handy for those who want to keep up with the "road less traveled..."
