I just thought what the F**k so out of anger I replied yeah u know the usual bit o weed smack coke n that u know? it was obvious to a blind man I hadn't they turned looked at eachother said yeh we'll have that one! started trying to drag me away then the motherfuckers tried kicking both my legs from behind to get me on the ground for nothing because they didn't ask me to get on the ground and started kicking my legs I thought fuck this I aint goin down like this they had to threaten me with pepper spray before I let them rub my face in the dirt! never got sprayed but from what I seen it stings like fuck for at least half an hour I just submitted myself wasn't gonna go through that shit for somethin so petty as their behaviour to me! so they took me to the van n said they weren't gonna do anything thats cause half the fucking people in park so that I did fuck all wrong they let me go witnesses keep your friends close. Lil Jon
Yes, there are good cops and there are bad cops. I do not believe all cops are bad people. Than can kick your ass and get away with it with very little questions asked, and i have seen that entirely too much. However, some are actually concerned for the wellbeing of others. If you are actually concerned for the well being of others do you need a badge to do so? If there was no state does that mean those that care would stop caring? Question
Cops are people too. everyone seems to think that they are these terrible people who actually ENJOY having to enforce laws that they don't even believe in. it's just a steady job. they have families that they need to support, and they struggle just like the rest of us to eat, to keep a roof over their head, to survive the daily violence that constantly puts their lives in danger. There are terrible people in every profession. Get the fuck over it. If you encounter black people who are less than pleasant to you, does that give you license to hate? Generalizing about any particular group is still prejudice. And it's disgusting. People, not Pigs.
If citizens, particularly the men, were not treated like children by the state, then we would not need the police as they exist today. But we are kept dumb, arrogant, selfish, egotistical, and therefore are controlled by those who profit from the ensuing chaos. This is why cops are necessary. Arm yourselves and educate yourselves to the true nature of the world you live in. Glenn
Just a little word to that not-so-wise in response to "why don't cops become fireman then." Apparently you are not aware that roughly half the firefighters in the FDNY are former NYPD police officers. And in small, podunk suburban towns, most of the municipal (i.e. small town) police officers double-over as volunteer firemen in their respected communities. This is also true of law enforcement agents on county and state levels as well. I agree that there are police officers out there that blatantly abuse the powers vested in them. Some see it as a sort of vengance for being shunned in high school or because they couldn't get dates, but there are others that will not betray the public trust and are fair and unbiased. In short, there is good and bad everywhere. Law enforcement is no different. John
wow very interesting and who do the cops call whwen you are beating them? Tammy
Chan Chan - Who are you going to call when someone steals your stuff, or breaks into your house. I've yet to see an anarchist arrest or prosecute a burglar, murderer or drunk driver. I'm a cop, even if you don't like me, when you need help, I'm be there. I don't care about your belief system, your religion or lack of one, your gender, your socio-economic background, or anything else, if you need help I'll be there. Your friends will only help you because they like you, and they like you because you're like them. I may or may not like you, but I'll be there to help you regardless. If someone is mugging you at knifepoint, how many bystanders would jump in to help you? Would your friends do that? I would. No questions asked. I'm a cop and that's what I do. F-Dog
Can't trust a group of people who would get 6 months suspension at worst for...let's say... shooting wildly into a group of children. Ric
When you give the police the power to "protect" you, you deny yourself equality, and thereby create oppression, you're giving one person (cop) near absolute authority over another (you, me, anyone). And what exactly is the difference between me and a cop? What makes him any more capable to protect someone than me? A badge? Other than some rudimentary training that anyone could go through and carry with them all of their life, cops have no more capability to protect me than any of my friends. And when I get into trouble, friends are going to be the first people I call. Not only are they just as capable of protecting me as any kind of state official. Not only that but unlike some uniformed stranger, they are people who actually care about me and my well being, to my friends I'm not just some "customer" that they are providing a "service" to, like I would be to a cop. Beyond that shouldn't the protection of a community be the responsibility of the community? Police are nothing more than a gang of uniformed thugs that happen to be backed by and be a tool of the state. chan chan
and who do you call when the police are beating the shit out of you? topher

When I slug you in the throat and take your wallet, because I can and you can't stop me, the first thing you'll do is call the cops. hardguy
i have good and bad experinces with cops. but if i was a police man and some robber made me run after him for three miles on foot. kicking his ass wouldnt sound to bad some dude
Fuck the police knuck
I don't think anybody is trying to say that ALL cops are bad, but there are definitely a significant number of them who abuse their power and sometimes it leads to harming(or even KILLING) innocent people. katlyn
when i was 15 a cop punched me twice and tackled me then pointed a gun at my face, because i was skateboarding on private property. and i didnt even talk back before he hurt me clayton
Cops didn't save me. Twice. Aly B
Police officers do a difficult and dangerous job. Beleive it or not, there are violent criminals out there who would have a free reign if it weren't for them. I bet if YOU tried to do it, you wouldn't last a week. Sure, there are bad officers out there--any profession will have bad ones. Elkhound
I bet after saving your girlfriend they went and beat up some black people afterwards though. a.oran.
This is more of a comment to "liam". If cops really want to do something good for the community, why don't they become firemen or paramedics? Fuck cops. They're all bitches. xVx crusty
Cops saved my girlfriends life once, all of them are obviously bad. Liam
Don't call cops pigs; that's offensive to animals. immolate
