My favorite is the "fat heroes" crossword puzzle, where you have to know all about fat-positive role models both past and present. Krissy encourages you to photocopy the pages and pass them out to friends, to children, or use them in schools even. It's an effective way to feel confident and proud of your body, no matter what size you are.
