A mishmash of entertaining, well-drawn, and funny comics. Poignant subject matter - including peeing in the shower, swinging at night, a childhood friend who he had his first sexual (?) encounters with, the joys of putting frozen bananas in your cereal, anti-military Beetle Bailey parodies, paraodies of old punks, and other such topics. Looking at it as one representation of a person and art I feel like I have better understanding of the universe and Ken's strange childhood. I can't imagine two young boys being allowed to shower together, fetishize war, read porno mags, or to play games with each other's penises but I'm sure this is more common than I realize and this comic perhaps could be a meeting point to bring together those people. Truly an entertaining read (this coming from a particularly tough critic). Look at Ken's comic samples online!
