i think the main idea is stop contributing to the big cigerette corparations, and stop killing ourselves with this poison. its pointless. r.
I smoke cigs here and there but I'm tryin to cut down. So smokers out there lookin for an easy way to quit I have found that if you smoke some pot then you dont have the urge to smoke for a couple of days so thats workin for me. And if it doesnt work for you then you still got some good times out of it right? Kyle

KIDDING. beta carotene... i get that from some vitamin thing. maybe carrots would be easier. anyone have spare carrots??? even the anti-smoking ads will be targeted to the younger crowd and everyone does it, not just the tobaccah compennies. Starbucks, shoes, clothes, fast food, malls, etc.. gotta love the advertising! xowq
I think this button could be used as an effective tool to quit smoking. I'll make one to try to quit smoking since the reinforcement it will provide could offset the numerous factors that tell me to smoke (i.e. stress&peer pressure) anonameass

IF you do smoke eat three organic carrots a day. Beta carotene protects the lungs somewhat. But I wouldn't bet my life on a carrot. anonymous

thousands of products are marketed towards you every day, and you don't go out and buy all of them, do you? smoking is a choice and i seriously doubt watching a guy in a movie smoke or seeing a cigarette pack on a billboard will have a big enough effect on you to make you start smoking. anonymous
